Brushes are used to fill backgrounds and draw text in reports. Brushes come in several styles and colors. Use the Brush properties in the Object Inspector to change the component's background color and appearance.

Stimulsoft Reports offers six types of brushes:

Sky ;

solid;

 hatch;

Gradation;

glare;

glass ;

Below are the results for all 6 brush types.

 empty.The background of the component is transparent.

 individual.The background of the component is filled with the specified color.

 hatch.The background of the component is filled with a texture. You can specify separate background and foreground colors for the selected texture.

 Slope.The background of the component is filled with a gradient. You can specify the start color, end color, and gradient angle.

 glare.The component's background is filled using a glare effect.

 glass.The component's background is filled using a glass effect.
