Cross primitive

The cross primitives are: There are vertical lines, rectangles, and rounded rectangles. The start and end points of the cross primitive can be placed in different components of the report. When you design a report with cross primitives, the report generator renders the start and end points of the vertical line and the vertical line between the two points. The figure below is an example of a report template using a rectangle.

As you can see in the figure, the start and end points of the Rectangle component are located in different bands. The start point is located in the Header Band and the end point is located in the footer band. When rendering a report, the report generator renders the start and end points of the rectangle, and then the sides of the rectangle. The figure below is an example of a report page rendered with a rectangular cross primitive.
