Edit (editor) allows you to specify resources and configure settings for the Sub-Report component.

Double-click the Sub-Report component on the report page to invoke the editor.

settings panel. If the Pages tab is selected, a list of report template pages will be displayed in this panel. Any of these pages can be a resource of a component, and when the report is rendered it will be displayed in this component.

Page tab. This tab allows you to select the report template page that will be the resource for the subreport component.

File tab. This tab allows you to specify the path to the file (external report) that will be the resource for the subreport component.

 hyperlink tab. This tab allows you to specify links to resources that are resources for external report or subreport components.

 Parameters tab. This tab allows you to add and configure settings that will be passed to the subreport.

Parameters are typically used to filter data or transfer information from a main report to a subreport. To add parameters you need to:

Go to the Parameters tab.

Click the Add button;

 Specifies the name of the parameter and its expression.

A parameter expression can specify:

 data column;

 variable;

 other expressions.

Then you have to go to the resource of the subreport component (page or another report) and specify this parameter, for example in a filter expression.
