The name of the column is normally printed for each column. A special header band is used to print the data name or other information before the data. Placed on the page before the data band. There should be no headers between the data band and the header band. The image below shows a sample report with one header band and one data band.

Create a new report. Place a data band on the page. Add a header band to your report. Place a text component on the band. These text components specify the data names that are output to the data band. Increase the font size and make it bold. Change the background of the text component in the header band. Render the report. The following image shows the rendered result of the report.

Multiple header bands can be created during report rendering for one data band. For example, one header band can only be output at the beginning of the data. Also, the second allows you to print at the top of the data and on other pages of the report. Header bands are printed in the same order as they are placed on the page.
