The report generator has properties that allow you to display the report header and report footer when the data band is not on the page or data of the report. This is a Print If Empty property that has both a report title band and a report summary band.

By default, this property is enabled. If you disable this property for two bands, you will see a blank page.

 caution:Notice that in this example, in addition to the Print If Empty property, the PrintAtBottom property of the report summary band is also set.
