The VerticalAlignment property is used to define the location of the "watermark" imprint that is output using the overlay band. This property can have three values.

 Up: The overlay band is printed at the top of the rendered report and before the page header and page header.

 Central:Overlay bands are printed in the middle of rendered reports and in front of data placed on the page.

  under: The overlay band prints at the bottom of the report page, after the page footer.
